Every project is unique, but most home gyms start around $25,000–$30,000 for a fully designed and installed space. We focus on quality, long-term value, and a seamless experience—never cutting corners or cheapening your investment.

We begin with a consultation to understand your vision and needs. From there, we create a tailored design, review options with you, and handle everything through installation and final walkthrough. You’ll have a single expert team guiding you at every step.

Absolutely. Whether you have a spare room, basement, or want to integrate wellness into a larger renovation, our team will create a solution that fits your lifestyle and space. 

We recommend and source premium equipment tailored to your needs, but we can also incorporate select pieces you already own—provided they meet our quality standards and design goals. 

Our primary service areas are Cache, Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, Wasatch, Summit, and Washington Counties in Utah. For select projects, we may travel or consult virtually—just ask!

Timelines vary by scope, but most home gym projects are completed in 4–8 weeks from design approval. We’ll provide a clear schedule before work begins and keep you updated throughout.
